All About You
The Brief
A London home
made to be lived in.
made to be lived in.
All About You is a family house in London that we reimagined from the ground up, with the kitchen and its working rooms at the heart of the brief. The owners wanted somewhere that felt grown up but unfussy, a home that could carry the noise of everyday life and still feel calm.
We leaned into pale, chalky tones and let natural light do the work, drawing it down through skylights and bouncing it off limewashed walls and honest stone. Warm oak, aged brass and handmade tile give the rooms a sense of age, as though the house has always looked this way.
Every cupboard, handle and shelf was drawn for this family, so the storage disappears into the architecture and the things they love can take centre stage.

The Kitchen
Two woods,
one quiet room.
one quiet room.
A dark stained oak island sits against soft, putty cabinetry, with marble worktops and a zellige splashback catching the light from above. The range and pot filler anchor the cooking wall, while a tucked away larder keeps the everyday clutter out of sight.

The Pantry & Larder

behind the arch.
Through an arched opening, the walk in pantry shifts the palette into a soft, dusky pink. Open shelving holds glass jars and terracotta, a reclaimed brick floor grounds the space, and it all stays one happy step away from the working kitchen.

The Boot Room
Sage green,
and room for everything.
and room for everything.
Off the kitchen, a soft green boot room handles the comings and goings of family life. Built in benches, woven baskets and pierced cabinet doors keep coats, shoes and clutter in order, with a patterned runner adding a note of colour underfoot.

The Cloakroom
A small room
with a big character.
with a big character.
Tucked beneath the stairs, the cloakroom layers reclaimed marble chequerboard underfoot with a reeded oak washstand and a brass wall mounted tap. Framed botanicals and a black seated loo give a small space a confident, collected feel.

The Details
It is, after all,
in the details.
in the details.
Hand cast brass pulls, woven rattan handles and aged hardware were chosen piece by piece. These are the small, tactile moments that you reach for every day, and the ones that make the house feel quietly bespoke.
